CHARLES HARRELL

Charles “Chaz” Harrell was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida as a third-generation welder and pipe fitter. As he grew older, his thirst for knowledge expanded and he had an opportunity to enter claims adjusting working with several large insurance carriers nationwide. After a short term of adjusting claims, Charles realized that he had a desire to be back in the construction side of the industry and then reentered as a roofing contractor in the San Antonio area. After gaining further knowledge in roofing, damages, inspections, and repair methods, he then navigated into water mitigation and reconstruction services within the restoration industry. Charles now represents Dwyer Restoration as a chief estimator and is fluent in roof inspections, water mitigation, fire restoration and full remodels. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, diving, hunting, and spending time with family.
